DATA DELETION POLICY

Vilo Studio AI complies with Meta's policies regarding the protection and deletion of user data. Users may request that all their personal data be permanently removed from our systems.

Option 1 – Request via Email

The user must send an email to: 📧 operaciones@vilostudio.ai Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include the following details:

• Full Name

• Phone Number

• Platform used (WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook)

Option 2 – Request via Meta Platforms

If the user logged in or interacted through Facebook or Instagram, they may use the data deletion link provided by Meta. Our application automatically processes these requests through Meta's official Data Deletion Callback URL and will remove the following within a maximum period of 30 days:

• Messages and chat history

• User identifiers (UIDs)

• Any stored personal information

Confirmation

Once the deletion process is complete, the data cannot be recovered.
